19th Annual Ride & Walk for Research

Team Billy will consist of bike rides of 50, 25 and 10 miles starting at the Farmers’ Market at 8:30 a.m.
A three-mile walk will begin at the Farmers’ Market at 9:00 a.m.
On-site Registration opens this Sunday at 7:30am
If you miss the deadline to preregister, registration will open Sunday morning at 7:30 am. $35 for all riders and walkers over the age of 5. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you this Sunday!

PRE-REGISTRATION
$35 (children 5 & under FREE)
Pre-registered participants who indicated a shirt size can pick up their shirts at the Farmers' Market,
day of event. On-site registrants can pick up t-shirts day of until they run out.
(Pre-registration closes Wednesday morning, May 17, 2023, however,
registration will open on-site on May 21 at 7:30 am. Donations can be accepted online or onsite).

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Northbound: I-87 to Exit 13 North, take Route 9 north (becomes Broadway) into Saratoga Springs. Take a right onto Lake Avenue, second left onto High Rock Avenue, following the signs to the Farmers’ Market.

Lots are available around the site including the parking garage on High Rock Avenue.

REGISTRATION + CHECK-IN
Check in pre-registered participants or register day of participants.
Shift: 7 am - 9 am
SAG VEHICLES
Follow the bike riders on the course as a “Safety and Gear” helper.
Shift: 7:30 am - 1 pm
BREAKDOWN
Pack and clean up the site.
Shift: Noon - 2 pm
AFTER THE RIDE & WALK
Please join us after the event at Henry Street Taproom for food and drinks. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to Team Billy.
Opens at 10 am for drinks. Food starts at noon.

DIRECTIONS FROM EVENT
Walking distance from the Farmers' Market. Coming from the Farmers' Market location, cross over Lake Avenue. The Parting Glass is on the right, Scallions on the left, three doors down is Henry Street Taproom. If you get to Caroline St., you've gone too far.
